Refund policy

(Return/Refund Policy as of 1.18.2021) Refunds or returns will only be processed for misprinted/damaged/defective items after proof of defected product is sent to orders@imperfectlybshop.com. The Imperfectly B Shop will then submit a problem report on your behalf to our vendor.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE DONE BASED ON BUYERS REMORSE. All t-shirts are unisex (cut for men). If you would like a slimmer fit, you should order a size down.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense. 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our vendor's facility. Please make sure you provide the correct address. If you find that you have made a mistake, we should be able to correct it within the first 24 hours. Email orders@imperfectlybshop.com to modify your order. If the product has already been shipped, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our vendor's facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
