DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

DUE TO COVID-19, DELAYS ON YOUR ORDER ARE TO BE EXPECTED. THE CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME IS CURRENTLY AT LEAST 4-6 WEEKS. 

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive a confirmation email to your email address on your order when it is first placed. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS CORRECT. You will also receive an email with shipping information and the estimated delivery date once the order has been fulfilled by our manufacturer. In regards to shipping status, please refer to your shipping confirmation email and your carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES/REFUNDS POLICY

PLEASE NOTE: Returns, exchanges and refunds will only be processed due to any defects with the order. Buyer's remorse does not fall under defects. 

All apparel is unisex. Please be sure to look at the sizing chart to make sure that you are ordering the correct size that is needed. 

We try to be accommodating to the needs of the customer. Cancelations or modifications to the order can be made IF the order has not already been fulfilled (typically within a day's time). Please email orders@imperfectlybshop.com and we will try to assist. 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to orders@imperfectlybshop.com within 4 weeks after the product has been received so that a problem report can be submitted. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. After this time, no problem reports can be submitted or refunds/returns processed.
