Shipping / Refunds

It typically takes 2-3 weeks for all products to be printed and delivered. You will received a confirmation email to your email address on the order when it is first made. You will also receive an email with shipping information and the estimated delivery date once the order has been fulfilled by Printful. In regards to shipping status, please refer to your shipping confirmation email and your carrier.   

PLEASE NOTE: Returns and refunds will only be processed due to any defects with the order. Buyer's remorse does not fall under defects. All apparel is unisex. Please be sure to look at the sizing chart to make sure that you are ordering the correct size that is needed. 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to ImperfectlyBShop@gmail.com within 4 weeks after the product has been received so that a problem report can be submitted. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. After this time, no problem reports can be submitted or refunds/returns processed.
